FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE COVER?
    The full conference registration fee covers the cost of admission only; during the conference. It does not cover extra food, lodging, or other expenses. Complementary breakfast will be provided on August 4th from 8am - 9am.
  • WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?
    Transportation will not be provided for TRUID Conference.
  • DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
    No. Your confirmation email is all that is required in order to check in for the conference. Upon check in you will receive wristbands for you or your group. These wristbands will be your “ticket” into the conference and will need to remain on each attendee’s wrist throughout the conference. If a wristband is lost, the attendee will be required to pay full price for a replacement.
  • WILL THERE BE ANY EXTRA FEES?
    Complementary breakfast on August 4th from 8am - 9am will be provided for all conference attendee's, but lodging costs are the responsibility of the attendee. Merchandise will be available for purchase throughout the conference. There will be a proccessing fee when paying with credit/debit card.
  • HOW CAN I GET RESERVED SEATS FOR MY GROUP?
    There are no reserved seats. Doors open 15 minutes before sessions begin.
  • CAN REGISTRATIONS BE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED?
    Sorry, all sales are final, and cannot be transferred or refunded.
  • WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN TO TRUID CONFERENCE?
    Check-In will be available all weekend long on site.
  • IS HANDICAP SEATING AVAILABLE?
    Handicap seating is available throughout the church. If you need assistance getting into the church due to crutches, wheelchairs, casts, etc., please notify us upon check in.
  • WHERE IS TRUID CONFERENCE HELD?
    TRUID Conference is held at Tabernculo Internacional in West Palm Beach, FL.
  • IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?
    Childcare is not provided for this event. Children two and under must be seated in a guardian’s lap during the conference and children three and up are required to pay full admission.
  • WHAT IF I LOSE MY BRACELET?
    Wristbands are in limited supply. Please make sure you and/or everyone in your group securely puts on their wristband. Damaged wristbands may be replaced at the registration table upon the return of the damaged wristband. Lost wristbands will be required to pay full price for a replacement.

  • IS THERE PARKING FEE AT TABERNACULO INTERNACIONAL?
    There is no fee for parking at International Tabernacle Church.
  • WHO CAN ATTEND TRUID CONFERENCE?
    While TRUID Conference is focused on Middle School through College aged students, all ages are welcome to attend. Ages three and up must pay full price admission. Ages two and under must remain seated in a guardian’s lap throughout the conference if not paying admission.
  • ARE THERE ANY DAY OR SESSION PASSES AVAILABLE?
    There are only two ticket types. Full conference admission (Includes Conference and Concert and Concert Only admission.)
  • WHAT IS THE COST OF TRUID CONFERENCE?
    At the door price is $55 per person for the full conference & concert and $25 per person for the concert only. There are special rates available leading up to August 3rd & 4th. New Years Speacial - $25 (Conference + Concert) Jan 1st - Feb 28th, 2018 Super Early Bird - $35 (Conference + Concert) March 1st - April 30th, 2018 Early Bird - $45 (Conference + Concert) May 1st - July 29th, 2018 At the Door - $55 (Conference + Concert) August 3rd - 4th, 2018 At the Door (Concert Only) - $25 August 3rd - 4th, 2018
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET(S)?
    Your wristband is your ticket for TRUID Conference. To pick up your wristbands please bring your confirmation email to check in.
